3.3.8 Development of Territories

PAOPublic Joint-Stock Company Rosseti Ural operates in the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Perm regions. The Company facilitates regional development as a large taxpayer, employer and entity of procurement activities or by creating and improving energy infrastructure of the regions.

 

Technological connection in 2025
  • Development of education, healthcare, and sports: power supply for oncology center (Perm region), power supply for general education institution (Perm region), power supply for multifunctional sports arena (Perm region).
  • Economic development: power supply for oxygen-compressor station (Sverdlovsk region), power supply for eco-industrial park (Chelyabinsk region).

Major investment projects completed in 2025:
  • Perm region: Reconstruction of 110 kV overhead line section Yayvinskaya GRES – Solikamsk (RUBruble 241.51 million).
  • Sverdlovsk region: Reconstruction of 110 kV Alapayevsk substation (RUBruble 455.58 million), construction of 10 kV distribution networks to supply power to UrFU Campus – Digital Transformation Center facility (RUBruble 310.24 million), reconstruction of 110 kV overhead lines PS Svarochnaya – PS Daurkaya, PS Svarochnaya – PS Elektromеd, PS Svarochnaya – PS Pyshma (RUBruble 348.36 million).
  • Chelyabinsk region Reconstruction of 110 kV Ufalei – Mramornaya No. 2 overhead line, 110 kV Ufalei – Mramornaya No. 3 overhead line, reconstruction of 110 kV Ufalei substation (RUBruble 220.18 million).
